
Down -8.6 pounds. Down 1.8 this week. I finally surpassed the five straight miles goal and hit 5.16 today. I hope to do the same tomorrow and Wednesday, break Thursday, and again Friday. All because that's how work and traffic will coincide. I am so exhausted right now that I'm not going to bother talking about it anymore.
Down -6.8 pounds. Goal of 13 more, then long-term goal is 10 after that. This is a short update because I had a longer one and deleted it. My bad. My date for the short term goal is the end of this semester - May 15th. We will see!
